Her most well-known roles include Jen Scotts from Power Rangers Time Force as well as Ted Mosby's younger sibling Heather in How I Met Your Mother as well as Kendra Burke in Saving Grace. Felicity played a character who appeared frequently on the series by ABC, Red Widow. She is also noted to be the very first female lead role in The Call of Duty franchise as Chloe Karma Lynch in Call of DutyBlack Ops II and Rebecca Chambers in Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma was her boyfriend. She married Paul Freeman back in 2016. Lauren Cahill is her sister. Cahill was a Virginia native. Within her first four years, she started to act in shows put on by high schools of her parents. A few years later Cahill began dance and singing classes. Miss Pre-Teen Virginia was her title in 1991. Also, she was crowned in the top spot as Miss Junior America's initial runner-up. She continued to act throughout high school in Brooke Point High School. At Brooke Point, Cahill was the President of a variety of clubs. The most notable of these was the Honor Thespians. Cahill, a junior in high school was only student in her class who received the highest scores at all levels of the audition for the Governors School for the Arts. She also won Best Overall Actor at the Actors Models Talent for Christ competition when she was just 16 years old. Additionally, she was selected to be part of the Barton and Williams Dance Company winning both individual and corporate awards. After graduating in 1998 with her high school diploma She was given an academic scholarship that allowed her to attend Marymount Manhattan College. At the age of 19 years old, she left the college to pursue her acting profession.
