She is best known for her roles in the roles of Jen Scotts in Power Rangers Time Force Ted Mosby's twin sister Heather as Heather in How I Met Your Mother and Kendra Burke in Saving Grace. She portrayed Felicity, a character that made an appearance on the ABC television series Red Widow. She was the first female lead character to be a female in the Call of Duty series as Chloe Karma Lynch for Call of DutyBlack Ops II, as well as Rebecca Chambers for Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma was her boyfriend. She married Paul Freeman back in 2016. Her sister is Lauren Cahill. Cahill is from Stafford, Virginia. Cahill started performing in the local shows of her high school's mother when she was four years old. She also started taking singing and dance lessons at the age of eight. In 1991, she won Miss Pre-Teen Virginia and first third in Miss Junior America. The acting carried on into the high school years in Brooke Point High School.
