Luciana Paoluzzi grew up in Rome and raised by her parents. The father of her was Manlio Paoluzzi who was an Italian soldier in the Army. Maria Rota Paoluzzi was one of the mistresses of Benito Mussolini. It's not clear if there are any siblings. Luciana attended the local high school, following her graduation in the year 1955. She then studied Naval Engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan. It was her only female within the class. In the following two years, she began modelling however that changed shortly afterwards after she landed her first role in acting in a chance encounter while visiting her father's friend in Rome her first role was a short two-line role as a character in Three Coins in the Fountain and that was where it all started. Her first husband was Brett Halsey who is also an actor. In 1960, they married and filmed the film Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana received custody of Charles, born 13 June 1961. The couple split one year later. Luciana as well as Tony dated between 1962 and 1970. Tony Athony played an actor and producer who was inspired by Luciana's work on the film Green Slime. Based on the film, he wrote and created his own Spaghetti Western hybrid that became famous.
